UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Certification

Since June 2003 Polmac's quality system has been certified by the International Certification organisation TÜV in compliance with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2000. The Polmac company has been recognised as being in compliance with European and Onternational standards with certificate no. 50 100 2968 regarding the production and support of components, acceeories and machines for applying chemical products for spraying and crop protection.

The tested and dependable production of axial turbine flowmeters was planned in a variety of Nylon Flowmeterdifferent materials : Nylon, Aluminium and Stainless Steel This type of flowmeter can guarantee control within the lowest tolerance. The wide range of Nylon flowmeters was planned for measuring highly corrosive and aggressive liquids and liquids under low pressures.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The Nylon flowmeters come in sizes from ½" to 4". They are made of the following materials: - Nylon body. - Supports (bearing & turbine) are made of 430 stainless steel. - Bushings and Supports are made of Graphite or Ceramic upon request. - Sensor bodies made from Stainless Steel and Nylon. - Sinusoidal wave sensors - Square wave sensors - The tollerance are less than +1%.
