Applications
The Deflector nozzle is widely used with knapsack sprayers for single nozzle application of herbicides. The low operating pressure of 1 bar produces coarse droplets which are less prone to drift, reducing off-target contamination.
The smaller sizes are particularly suitable for very low volume applications of herbicides where the reduced application volumes can provide substantial cost savings in terms of water cartage and application time.
