The tested and dependable production of axial turbine flow meters was planned in a variety of different materials : Nylon, Alluminium and Stainless Steel This type of flow meter can guarantee control within the lowest tolerance. The wide range of Nylon flow meters was planned for measuring highly corrosive and aggressive liquids and liquids under low pressures.

Technical characteristics

The Nylon flow meters come in sizes from ½” to 4″. They are made of the following materials: – Nylon body. – Supports (bearing & turbine) are made of 430 stainless steel. – Bushings and Supports are made of Graphite or Ceramic upon request. – Sensor bodies made from Stainless Steel and Nylon. – Sinusoidal wave sensors – Square wave sensors – The tolerance are less than +1%.

Display for reading flow rates. Display can indicate: total sprayed volume (with zero setting) up to 99.999.999 units. Partial volume with different measurements: liters, imperial gallons, US. gallons. Impulse setting for adequate calibration of liquids with different temperatures and viscosities. Impulse setting for 1/2” to 4” flowmeters.

Pro-Flow 115Pro-Flow

Turbine flowmeter with automatic programmable stop. Available in the sizes 1”½ (35-350 l/min) and 2” (75-750 l/min). Maximum pressure 20 bar. Allows programming the amount of liquid transfer; when reaching the set value, the passage manually opened with a lever automatically closes warning the operator with an acoustic signal. It comes in a Compact (1) and a Remote (2) version and can control other external devices (max. 5 A) such as a solenoid valve. The Parallel version can be fitted with a level sensor to be ordered separately.
